Bookings are online with a valid credit card To guaranty the booking but the credit card will not be debited as you will have to pay directly to the driver in cash euros or equivalent scr at time of the transfer. The supplier will confirm the booking within 24 hours and you will receive the voucher. Mean when the client does the booking on the web site the booking will be on hold until the supplier confirms it.
Credit cards accepted to process the booking are VISA CARDS / MASTERCARDS. When the client gives his credit card details they are given on an SSL secure payment. Cancelation policy: You can cancel the booking with us with no penalty up to 4 days before arrival. Then from 3 days to 2 days 50% of the total amount of booking with a minimum of 1 day penalty will be debited on your credit card that you give as a guaranty for use in case of cancelation policy. Cancelation less than 2 days before arrival 100% penalty non refundable. No show is non refundable. In any circumstances. Time and date of booking has to be respected. If you have any amendment you must advise in time.
All claims should be done directly with the supplier hire in charge of your booking and as the supplier is the one who gets payment he is responsible for any dispute. We suggest for any cancelation that you copy us your email of cancelation. For any dispute if no reasonable solution is found between the supplier and the client then it will be taken up with the court of law of Seychelles. In any case neither the client nor the supplier can claim any responsibility against the website www.transfer-seychelles.com or official company to who the website belongs to. All responsibility of the transfer remains to the supplier in charge of the transfer.
