Our team can arrange and assist with ferry bookings connecting you to Mahe, Praslin and La Digue.
Scheduled ferries from Mahe to Praslin or La Digue and vice versa is the most popular and cheapest mode of travel. The ferries are operational daily throughout the year. Our team can arrange and assist with ferry tickets connecting you to those beautiful islands.
Trip Duration:
- 1 hour ferry trip between Mahe and Praslin (Daily trips + Different time slots)
- 1 hour 15 minute ferry trip between Mahe and La Digue (Trip available on some days and times. There is a stopover at the Praslin jetty for a few minutes.
- 15 minute ferry trip between Praslin and La Digue (Daily trips + Different time slots)
Please contact us for the schedule or let us know the time you would like to be on the Seychelles inner islands and we can advise the best times to board. Advance booking of 3 days required!
Booking Policy
*Ocean Blue Travel reserves the right not provide only the ferry tickets. All persons interested to book must use our land transfer services as well.
Boarding
- Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure time
- The ferry doors close 5 minutes before departure
Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by the central reservation of Inter island Boats Ltd. Please send full names for all travelers.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation must be in writing by email and must be received by the Reservations department 48 hours prior to each departure time.
- If cancellation is received 48 hours prior to departure time, the ticket can be cancelled without any charge.
- If cancellation is received outside of the 48 hours time frame mention above, 100% of full contract’s rate will be charged.
- In the event of a request received for modification (excluding cancellation) change trip policy as stipulated on the actual tickets will apply.
- In case of delayed flights cancellation or modification should be received up to 2 hours from the time that the information is released for delayed flights.
Luggage Allowance
- One piece of carry on per passenger
- Cabin baggage not exceeding 7kg.
- Any cabin baggage above 50cm X 30 cm X 20cm will be stowed
- All Economy Class passengers are allowed up to 30kg.
- Any luggage weighing more than 30kg will be charged an excess luggage fee of €2.00 per kilo.
- Passengers travelling in Business Class, are entitled to a maximum of 40kg of accompanied baggage per person.
